DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce that submissions are now open for 
 the SEED Postgraduate Researcher Conference 2026:  \n \nWorld in Flux: W
 eaving Interdisciplinary Responses to Global Challenges \nThursday 28th 
 May 2026  \nUniversity of Manchester  \n \nWe welcome submissions from r
 esearchers at any stage in their postgraduate journey\, from any discipl
 ine\, especially those who have not presented at a conference before.  \
 nOptions for presentations or posters are available. \n\nThis free\, one
 -day event is hosted by the School of Environment\, Education and Develo
 pment (SEED)\, in partnership with The University of Manchester. \n \nTh
 e World in Flux Conference will explore the reality of confronting globa
 l crises that continually evolve\, revealing new and shifting dimensions
  with every attempt to address them. These challenges are not discrete p
 roblems to be solved in isolation\, but interconnected expressions of ge
 opolitical\, economic\, technological\, and environmental forces in cons
 tant interaction. \n \nThis event brings together postgraduate researche
 rs across Manchester to examine how we can work together to resolve inte
 rconnected global challenges in an ever-changing world.  \n \nWe invite 
 work related (but not limited) to the following themes: \n \n-Geopolitic
 al instability and global power shifts \n-Systems thinking\, transformat
 ive innovation and interdisciplinary approaches \n-Climate change\, envi
 ronmental degradation\, and resource insecurity \n-Intersections of cult
 ure\, identity\, and power \n-Technology\, data\, and digital infrastruc
 tures \n-Equality\, diversity and inclusion \n \nParticipation Options: 
  \nPresenter: 15-min presentation\, plus 5-min Q&A  \nPresenter: Poster
