DESCRIPTION:Maintaining momentum in postgraduate research supervision is 
 key to ensuring timely progress\, sustained motivation\, and a positive 
 student experience. This workshop equips supervisors with practical stra
 tegies to support students in developing critical thinking and strong ac
 ademic writing\, navigating progress reviews\, and building peer support
  networks. It also addresses the complexities of supervising across cult
 ures and at a distance\, helping supervisors respond effectively to diff
 erence and diversity in the research journey.\n\nThis is a course on the
  Academic Development Programme which is intended for those supervising
