t their mental health. \n \nIn the UK\, men are three times more likely
than women to end their own lives. Suicide is also the largest cause of
death for men aged 20-49. The reasons for this are complex\, however soc

help for suicidal thoughts or behaviours than women.\n\nThis event will
be online on Microsoft Teams : 12:30-1:30pm. Register via Teams: https:

ime talk with ANDYSMANCLUB\, exploring men’s mental health\, breaking do

able opening up. The session will share the story behind the charity’s f
ounding in 2016\, in memory of Andy Roberts\, and how a small group of n
ine men in Halifax grew into a national movement. Through important stat
istics\, honest conversations and personal lived experiences\, we’ll exp
lore the challenges men face when talking about their mental health and
the impact that opening up can have. You’ll also learn more about how AN
 DYSMANCLUB’s free\, peer-to-peer support groups work\, their commitment
to confidentiality\, and how men can access support in their local commu
