DESCRIPTION:Academic leadership today requires navigating increasing comp
 lexity: interdisciplinary collaboration\, diverse student and staff comm
 unities\, and evolving institutional priorities. By developing greater s
 elf-awareness and enhancing emotional and social intelligence\, you will
  not only respond to these challenges more effectively but also create e
 nvironments in which colleagues and students alike feel respected\, valu
 ed\, and empowered to contribute fully.\n\nThis workshop invites partici
 pants to reflect deeply on their own leadership practice\, examining the
  ways in which self-awareness\, emotional intelligence\, and authenticit
 y contribute to building trust and fostering inclusion. \n\nLearning App
 roach\n\nThe workshop blends theory with practice\, offering participant
 s:\n\n- Guided self-reflection to uncover the values\, assumptions\, and
  biases that influence leadership decisions.\n- Group dialogue and peer 
 learning to explore diverse perspectives and build mutual understanding.
