DESCRIPTION:Help us understand and strengthen our research culture and en
 vironment.\n\nWe invite colleagues to take part in one of three Faculty-
 wide facilitated sessions designed for different groups across our resea
 rch community: early career researchers\, established researchers and re
 search leaders\, and research-enabling staff.\n\n\nOct 28 - PGR and ECR 
 focused reflective session\nNov 4 - Research Enabling PS colleagues\nNov
  26 - PIs/Research Leaders\n\n\nThese sessions will provide an open and 
 supportive space to reflect on what is working well in our local researc
 h culture and environment\, where further development may be needed\, an
 d what practical actions could strengthen the conditions in which excell
 ent research can thrive. We are keen to hear a diverse range of perspect
 ives and experiences\, and welcome contributions from colleagues across 
 all disciplines\, career stages\, and professional roles.\n\nThe discuss
 ions will be professionally facilitated\, with feedback considered anony
 mously and at a collective level. The insights gathered will inform loca
 l self-assessment activity\, help identify examples of good practice\, s
 hape future Faculty initiatives\, and contribute to Faculty and Universi
 ty preparations for REF2029.\n\nYour perspective matters. Join us to hel
