 PSRC) Network\, we are delighted to invite you to join us for our first 
 NIHR SafetyNet Symposium\, taking place in Manchester on 17 October 2025
 . This one-day event will bring together leading voices in patient safet
 y research from across the country for a rich and engaging programme of 
 insightful talks and research showcases\, centred on the theme: Tackling
  Inequities in Patient Safety.\n\n\nHosted by Greater Manchester PSRC\, 
 the day will feature keynote speeches from:\n\n- Dr Rosie Benneyworth\, 
 Chief Executive Officer of the Health Services Safety Investigations Bod
 y (HSSIB)\n- Prof Dawn Edge\, Professor of Mental Health & Inclusivity a
 t the University of Manchester.\n\n\nThe programme will also include:\n\
 n- Presentations from the six PSRCs\, showcasing key findings and highli
 ghting new research underway.\n- Poster presentations highlighting innov
 ative and inclusive research from across SafetyNet.\n- Networking opport
