DESCRIPTION:This is a course on the FBMH Academic Development Programme\,
  welcome to all colleagues within the Faculty. \n\nThis session offers a
 n opportunity to understand and contextualise the landscape for internat
 ional students\, while also providing space to explore the concept of be
 longing from both personal and professional perspectives. Participants w
 ill hear directly from students about their experiences of belonging wit
 hin the university community and gain practical tools and resources to s
 upport a sense of belonging in their own teaching—whether working with o
 nline or in-person learners.\n\nIntended Learning Outcomes (ILOs)\n - De
 velop awareness of the University’s strategic approach to online learnin
 g.\n - Identify and apply effective methods to foster a sense of belongi
 ng in both online and on-campus environments.\n - Develop inclusive teac
