 he lens of the private sector\, yet some of the most significant product
 ivity challenges – and opportunities – lie within public services\, part
 icularly the NHS. With an ageing population and rising demand\, improvin
 g outcomes while working within finite resources has become increasingly
  critical.\n\nThis event will explore the systemic drivers behind NHS pr
 oductivity challenges and consider what these insights mean not only for
  healthcare\, but also for other large\, complex organisations operating
  under sustained pressure.\n\nWhat to expect:\n\n- This event will explo
 re how productivity can be understood and improved in the NHS and how sy
 stems may need to evolve to deliver better outcomes over the long term.\
 n\n- The session will begin with a short presentation from Tera Allas ab
 out the 'From Diagnosis to Delivery: A framework for accelerating NHS pr
 oductivity growth' report. This presentation will be followed by a panel
  discussion and open Q&A. There will be a networking drinks reception fo
