DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming hybrid workshop\
 , Strengthening Research Funding Proposals through Inclusion & Sustainab
 ility\, hosted at The University of Manchester.\nThe workshop will combi
 ne practical guidance\, funder insight\, and interactive discussion to h
 elp participants understand what strong practice looks like and how thes
 e dimensions can be articulated more persuasively in funding application
 s. Participants will have the opportunity to work through examples\, ref
 lect on their own proposal ideas\, and exchange experiences and good pra
 ctices with colleagues.\nThe session will include:\n- Contributions from
  experienced speakers who will share practical strategies and examples f
 or embedding inclusion and sustainability meaningfully within internatio
 nal research proposals\;\n- Insights from funder and reviewer perspectiv
 es\, including examples such as the British Council and International Sc
 ience Partnerships Fund\, on how these dimensions are considered in asse
 ssment\;\n- A hands-on interactive workshop in which participants will w
 ork through examples and begin developing their own approaches\;\n- A co
 llaborative peer-learning environment for exchanging ideas\, discussing 
 challenges\, and sharing good practice\;\n\nThis workshop is part of a B
 ritish Council-funded research project exploring how higher education in
 stitutions can strengthen Equality\, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) throu
 gh international research collaboration\, with a particular focus on lea
 dership for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is delivered th
 rough a collaboration between colleagues from the University of Manchest
 er\, in partnership with colleagues from Chulalongkorn University. \n\nR
