DESCRIPTION:Overview\nThis session provides a space for participants on t
 he FBMH Academic Development Programme (ADP) to receive and give peer fe
 edback on teaching practice. \n\nPlease note\, this should not be used a
 s the required review of teaching for your portfolio but can be engaged 
 with as a development opportunity.\n \n\nIntended Learning Outcomes\n- D
 eliver teaching\, assess learning of participants\, and provide feedback
  on participants’ learning\n\n- Provide meaningful peer review to other 
 new academics\n\n- Reflect on your teaching\, highlighting key areas for
  development and opportunities for improvement \n \nPre-workshop Prepara
 tion and Requirements\nParticipants should prepare a 10-minute teaching 
 session on a topic of their choice. The session should include:\n- inten
 ded learning outcomes \n- appropriate information delivery \n- active le
 arning / learner engagement \n- assessment of progress towards learning 
 outcomes \n- provision of actionable feedback on learning to participant
 s\n\nIf the session is based on teaching already delivered or planned to
  be delivered by the participant\, then links to e-learning and course d
 ocumentation should also be provided.\n\nThe workshop is a small group\,
  safe and supportive environment and can also be used to try out new inn
