DESCRIPTION:Colleagues are warmly invited to attend an upcoming event foc
 used on building meaningful connections between Black students and acade
 mic staff in AMBS. This session is designed to create an inclusive space
  where Black students can connect with academics\, explore what mentorsh
 ip really looks like in practice\, and share what belonging means to the
 m within the University. The event aims to strengthen dialogue\, demysti
 fy mentorship\, and help inform how we can better support Black students
 ’ experiences\, progression\, and sense of belonging.\n\nWe would partic
 ularly value the presence of academic and professional services colleagu
 es who are interested in student experience\, mentorship\, inclusion\, a
 nd community building. Colleagues of all ethnic backgrounds are welcome 
 and encouraged to attend.\n\nDate: Wednesday\, 25 February\nTime: 1-3pm\
 nLocation: AMBS\, room 3.009\n\nLunch will provided at this event.\n\nYo
 ur participation will help create a supportive and constructive environm
 ent for open conversation\, shared learning\, and relationship building.
  It is also an opportunity to listen directly to students’ perspectives 
 and contribute to shaping future initiatives.\n
