About Doubleday
Held in memory of Edwin Doubleday, a Manchester Medical School student who sadly died before completing his medical training, the lecture is a key event for The Doubleday Centre, which promotes greater patient and public involvement in the training of doctors. The centre works with carefully selected patient and public representatives and is now an integral part of our medical students’ education. Read more about The Doubleday Centre.
