DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT IS FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF MANCHESTER EMPLOYEES ONLY
 \n\nThis interactive event will provide an overview of the state-of-the-
 art imaging capabilities available through the Octopus (Optics Clustered
  to OutPut Unique Solutions) imaging cluster. This national user facilit
 y is designed to support researchers from experimental design through to
  data interpretation and publication\, offering both cutting-edge instru
 mentation and expert scientific support.\n\nWorkshop topics will include
 :\n\n- super-resolution microscopy\n- multiphoton microscopy\n- cryogeni
 c imaging\n- correlative imaging workflows\n- advanced image analysis ap
 proaches.\n- Bringing together researchers\, imaging specialists\, data 
 scientists and technology experts\, this workshop will focus on the comp
 lete research journey from an initial scientific question\, through expe
 rimental planning and data acquisition\, to image processing\, quantitat
 ive analysis\, visualisation\, publication and impact. Participants will
  learn how integrated imaging and computational approaches can accelerat
 e discovery across biomedical\, environmental and materials science appl
 ications.\n\nThere will be opportunities to discuss your research challe
 nges directly with Octopus staff\, explore potential imaging strategies\
 , identify technical solutions to experimental bottlenecks\, and brainst
 orm new collaborative projects.\n\nResearchers at all career stages are
