  for solutions to NHS challenges.\n\nProfessor Tony Young is a practicin
 g frontline NHS surgeon\, Director of Medical Innovation at Anglia Ruski
 n University\, and has founded four Med-Tech start-ups. He has also co-f
 ounded the £500m Anglia RuskinMed-Tech Campus\, which will become one of
  the world’s largest health innovation spaces.\n\nIn 2015\, Tony founded
  the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme. This has become the world’s la
 rgest entrepreneurial workforce development programme for clinicians.\n\
 nIn 2016\, he was appointed as the first National Clinical Lead for Inno
 vation. He provides clinical leadership and support in delivering improv
 ed health outcomes in England and drives the uptake of proven innovation
 s across the NHS\, promotes economic growth through innovation and helps
  make the NHS the go-to place on the planet for medical innovation.
