 for the next in our series showcasing the creative methods FBMH staff ha
 ve been applying Generative AI to their teaching. \n\nFor our July talk 
 we look forward to welcoming:\n\nDr Tim Wilding: Senior Lecturer in Audi
 ology: Tim is a clinically registered audiologist and Programme Director
  of the course he once trained on\, having previously worked as an ASIC 
 (silicon chip) designer before transitioning into healthcare. His talk w
 ill take a practical look at how AI can be integrated into teaching\, in
 cluding AI-supported formative assessment\, automated feedback for summa
 tive work\, constrained chat systems for patient simulation amongst othe
 rs. Tim will also discuss the development of student-facing chatbots for
  course guidance and admissions. The session will focus on “things you c
 an do with AI”\, with an emphasis on responsible\, human-centred use and
  opportunities for collaboration.\n\nDr Shreena Joshi Pradhan: Lecturer\
 , division of Pharmacy and Optometry: Dr Joshi has a multidisciplinary b
 ackground spanning areas of pharmacy\, as well as fundamental research i
 n cardiovascular and smooth muscle physiology and pharmacology. Her curr
 ent research focuses on the use of AI in education\, and she has develop
 ed PharmVR\, a VR/GenAI based consultation skills teaching and assessmen
 t approach in collaboration with UoM based spin out company SentiraXR. S
 he is passionate about developing pedagogical approaches enhancing inclu
 sivity and flexibility\, aiming to deliver high-quality pharmacy educati
 on that enriches the learning experience and meets the evolving expectat
 ions of today’s students. The talk will discuss simulation development\,
