 ples\nLearn about the different routes available to academic researchers
  to inform\, influence\, and engage with policymakers\nFind out more abo
 ut how the Policy@Manchester team can support researchers based at The U
 niversity of Manchester\nAttendees will leave with enhanced knowledge of
 :\n- How policy is made\n- What policymakers want from researchers\n- Ho
 w researchers can engage with policymakers on their work\, including res
 ponding to calls for evidence\; writing policy briefs and articles about
  your research\; and meeting with policymakers\n- How Policy@Manchester 
 can support researchers based at The University of Manchester\n\nThere w
 ill be some group working to produce short research summaries focussed o
 n a policy audience. Pens and paper will be provided\, but participants
