DESCRIPTION:Overview\nMastering Team Research will drive one of the 5 lea
 ps of our Manchester2035 vision: “To be recognized for outstanding disco
 very and challenge-led research—tackling society’s toughest problems and
  delivering impact faster\, at greater scale.” This interactive workshop
  will give you the tools and confidence to apply the principles of Team 
 Research\, enabling you to foster collaboration\, strengthen team-based 
 approaches\, and lead impactful interdisciplinary projects. By joining\,
  you’ll not only enhance your research outcomes but also help shape solu
 tions that make a real difference.\n\nWhat Will Be Covered\n- Introducti
 on to the Team Research Model for interdisciplinary and collaborative re
 search.\n\n- Key principles and features of successful teams in collabor
 ative research.\n\n- Understanding and fostering ‘followership’ skills f
 or effective teamwork.\n\n- Exploring the value of diversity and the pow
 er of team building.\n\n- Practical tools and ways of working to support
  teamwork.\n\n- Hands-on experience with team-building activities to str
 engthen collaboration.\n\nIntended Learning Outcomes\nBy the end of this
