DESCRIPTION:A comical and critical performance on failure\, regeneration\
, and civic life in Southport\n\nIt can be funny when someone fails\, ca

s funny when we fail ourselves…\nAnd what if it feels like the eyes of a

ised performance by Seamus Lavan (Lecoq-trained clown)\, with dramaturgy

he piece offers a comical and reflective look at why regeneration scheme

 h a cast of characters—the Mad Duke\, the Architect\, the Civil Servant\
, and the Professor—we follow a series of attempts to build something vi

es under its own assumptions.\n\nAnd yet\, something persists.\n\nIn the
end\, the performance turns outward—asking you\, the audience\, to cons
ider what might be missing from a blueprint for a future that is both op
timistic and realistic.\n\nWho is this for?\nThis show is for anyone who
has ever tried to make something work:\n\nCivic leaders and policy make
