 dside. In his talk\, Dr Griffith will cover practicalities in translatin
 g novel gene therapies from lab bench to the patients\, with particular 
 emphasis on using appropriate gene delivery methods! \n \n<b>About the G
 2T Webinar Series:</b> \nThe “Gateway to Translation” (G2T) webinar seri
 es is a joint initiative between the University of Cambridge (Cambridge 
 Academy of Therapeutic Sciences\, CATS) and the University of Manchester
  (Translation Manchester). The aim of these monthly webinars is to stimu
 late the translation of research into the clinics by educating academics
  about trends\, technologies and research in the commercial sphere and b
 y facilitating collaborations between academia and the medtech\, biotech
  and pharma industry sectors.  G2T took a break for a few months due to 
 the end of the Wellcome TPA and summer holidays\, but we are excited to 
 bring the series back starting in September!\n
