 anderer in a new version for the Quatuor Danel with Pete Furniss and Ric
 hard Whalley. 'The Wanderer' was first performed March 2026 by the Halle
  Youth Orchestra and Choir\, and the music celebrates Lancashire Dialect
  through the poetry of Edwin Waugh.\n\nFollowed at 2.30pm by Quatuor Dan
 el public seminar - Composition Workshop \n\nThe Thursday lunchtime conc
 erts are part of the Walter Carroll Lunchtime Concert Series\, which is 
 supported by the Ida Carroll Trust. They provide a wide-ranging programm
 e to suit all tastes and are an ideal opportunity to enjoy great music p
 erformed by outstanding musicians.\n\nNo booking required – the concerts
