DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to take the next step in your academic career? 
 Join us for an engaging and informative workshop designed to support you
  in navigating the pathways to academic promotion\, recognition\, and re
 ward.\n \nIntended Learning Outcomes\n-Overview of the promotion process
  and the new 2025 promotion criteria\n\n- How to build your case for pro
 motion\n\n- How to raise your profile internally and externally\n\n- Ben
 efits of mentoring and role models\n\n- Q&A with Vice-Deans\, panel memb
 ers\, promotions advisors and P&OD  \n\nThe total workshop will run from
  9:30am-1:00pm but will be delivered in two parts. It is recommended you
  attend both parts\, although participants will have the opportunity to 
 leave after the first part if they are not able to attend for the full s
 ession. \n\nPart 1 (9:30-11:30am): Information session (recorded) which 
 will provide guidance on the new criteria\, the promotions process and a
 dvice from panel members and promotions advisors. \nPart 2 (11:30am-1:00
 pm): Interactive discussions and breakout activities to go into more det
 ail on the types of evidence you can use to support your application as 
 well as discussions and sharing of experiences with senior colleagues. \
