 mics and will explain how best to engage with the FBMH Academic Developm
 ent Programme (ADP) during your probation.\n\nIt aims to support you in 
 your new role and equip you with the skills you need to carry out your r
 esearch and teaching and learning at the highest level.\n\nNote: You sho
