Join us for our exclusive Pride Month event with the wonderful Madison Moore, author of Fabulous: The Rise of the Beautiful Eccentric.
This talk explores fabulousness, glamour and glitter as resistance. Fashion sceptics have long held that style works primarily as a tool to keep class boundaries intact. But for queer and trans people of colour, performances of fabulousness are a vital strategy, tool, and means of living.
The talk is chaired by Dr Sophie Roborgh (HCRI) and will begin at 15:00, followed by a Q&A.
