Lord Stephens at the University of Manchester
In the first week the Supreme Court sits in Manchester, Lord Justice Stephens presides over a Public Law Moot at the University of Manchester
On Tuesday 7th March, Lord Stephens will be presiding over a Moot organised by the Department of Law in collaboration with the Supreme Court and UOMBAS. This is an opportunity to see a live MOOT and learn from the feedback that will be provided. This event coincides with the arrival of the Supreme Court in Manchester. This public law moot problem has been drafted by the Supreme Court.
The Moot starts at 6.30pm, but we will have coffee and cake available for registered attendees from 5.45pm. To make sure the event runs smoothly, we expect everyone to be seated in Theatre A at Uni Place by 6.20pm.
The location of refreshments will be communicated separately a day before the event when logistics have been seen to.
Free event but booking is essential.
