National Women in Engineering Day - IOM3 event
The 2nd National Women in Engineering Day (NWED) is 23rd June 2015. To celebrate NWED 2015, The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) and the School of Materials at The University of Manchester have organised a distinguished panel of speakers to take part in:

Cynthia Pezze
Role: Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Organisation: Westinghouse Electric Company, USA
Biography: Cynthia will be highlighting the importance of encouraging women into science and technology careers, and speak about her own career as a materials engineer ultimately becoming Chief Technology Officer at Westinghouse, a international leader in nuclear power systems.
