DESCRIPTION:In the last few years\, a number of projects in the Faculty o
 f Science and Engineering have aimed to make science accessible and enga
 ging for young people with sensory impairments. In this session\, you ca
 n find out about the outcomes and learnings from these activities\, get 
 hands-on with some of the tactile resources that have been developed\, a
 nd learn how you can get involved with some accessible science shows pla
 nned for summer 2020. Robyn Watson\, a teacher of visually-impaired and 
 hearing-impaired children\, will present on how to develop and adapt eng
 agement activities for this audience. \n\nNote: This session is not limi
 ted to those in Science\, Technology\, Engineering and Math – it is open
  to all disciplines and staff and students across the University and ext
