As the culmination of a two-day intensive workshop on historically informed performance, guided by Peter Holman MBE, co-founder of The Parley of Instruments, together with Baroque strings specialist Judy Tarling, members of The University of Manchester Baroque Orchestra treat us to an exploration of the rich and varied repertory of late seventeenth-century France, exploring the music of Lully, Charpentier Couperin and Lalande.
