Aims: The research group on Social Mobility and Labour Markets aims to encourage innovation at the cutting edge of both methodology and discoveries on a worldwide scale. We particularly seek, in this Symposium, to explore new methods and concepts in the study of work and wellbeing). These are among the mediating factors leading toward wellbeing. The papers take up at actions of agents at both the personal level and as corporate social support (theorised holistically). Our study of these changes leads to both policy advice and ‘impact’ from our research.
