An opportunity for GCSE English students to take part in small group discussion, based on two texts from their chosen plan, facilitated by postgraduate students and academic staff from the University’s English Department. These will be followed by a screening of sections of one or more films of the chosen play and a facilitated discussion based on what the students have seen. This is followed by lunch with current staff and students in the university refectory and then the group moves to the John Rylands Library, Deansgate, for activities relating to the Shakespeare folio held by the Library.
