 ological innovation subjects to confront with fierce technological compe
 tition. In the era of knowledge economies\, the global development of ar
 tificial intelligence (AI) has accelerated\, and the number of patents h
 as rapidly increased. However\, AI industry still face various risks. Cu
 rrently\, on the topic of risks of AI\, most of researchers focus on gen
 eral researches in the technology\, ethics\, society and intellectual pr
 operty rights fields. Fewer researchers pay attention to identify patent
  risks\, especially from the perspectives of collaboration\, market\, an
 d technology. In this study\, we aim to propose a new and comprehensive 
 approach to explore patent risks in the given technology field by integr
 ating social network analysis and patent analysis. We consider patent do
 cuments as objective data source\, which contain enormous and rich techn
 ical information to indicate patent risks for both public and private se
 ctor entities in their marketplace. This study helps technological innov
 ation subjects in the AI technological field to prevent patent risks\, f
 ind new technology opportunities\, develop patent layout strategy\, and 
 can be applied to various other technology industries.\n
