This is a one-day free conference to develop, among the non-mental health workforce, skills and strategies for communicating and engaging with adults who are suicidal, who self-harm or who experience depression. The conference is a CPD event targeted mainly at NHS primary care, non-medical health professionals (e.g. practice nurses, district nurses, A&E nurses, community health and social acre professionals) in the North West.
Since places are limited, priority will be given to those who meet these criteria; other applicants may be placed on a reserve list. There are a limited number of places available for non-NHS staff
