Residents in the terraced streets of Moss Side and Rusholme have been turning alleys into community gardens as part of a scheme to ward off fly tipping, increase recycling, create a clean safe space for children and get to know their neighbours.
Join us as we take a stroll along these former dumping grounds and see how they are innovatively turning fly tipped rubbish into art and planters, hear of their scheme to feed the urban bees and make their alleys a place where you grow food not throw food.
