Dr Konstantina Skritsovali from Manchester Metropolitan University will discuss her PhD research about the mechanisms that contribute to building cross-sector business models and their role in the creation of shared value.

Biography: Konstantina holds a BA in Marketing, an MSc in Finance and Financial Systems and a PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Her PhD (awarded in 2015) is a critical case study that examines qualitatively the construction of CSR as a meaningful reality in the UK electricity industry. Her research interests revolve around Social Responsibility, Business Ethics and Stakeholder Engagement, specifically sustainable business models and collaborative cross-sector networks, from a qualitative and practitioner-focused perspective. She is Co-Chair of the British Academy of Management’s Sustainable & Responsible Business SIG.
