Wellbeing Week is an annual, week long schedule of free events incorporating sessions, workshops, activities and lectures. It’s a chance to discover some of the many opportunities on campus - to relax, to be active, to try something new – but most of all to help you to feel good and have some fun.
There are a wide range of activities that are offered during Wellbeing Week, including;
• Sports Activities
• Mental Health
• Mind and Body
• Dancing Activities
• Lifestyle Advice Workshops/Assessments
All the activities are totally FREE. To make it easy to attend you can just turn up to most activities, but a few do need to be booked in advance–please see the full schedule for details.
Whether you're a student or a member of staff, there is something for everyone to try and everyone is welcome to join in with the events.
