DESCRIPTION:Let’s get creative!\n\nmethods@manchester is delighted to ann
 ounce that this year’s Methods Fair will be held on 1st November at The 
 University of Manchester. Our theme is creative data presentation and vi
 sualisation. Researchers use a range of methodologies\, some which autom
 atically lend themselves to presenting data in creative ways and others\
 , less so. At our annual Methods Fair we are celebrating the inventive w
 ays research findings are presented and communicated\, exploring these f
 rom a range of perspectives across the Humanities. We aim to bring toget
 her and inspire postgraduate researchers and academics\, as well as thos
 e working in industry.\n\nWe are pleased to announce our keynote will be
  delivered by Simon Ruding\, Director of Theatre in Prison and Probation
  (TiPP) and Dr Necla Acik\, School of Law\, University of Manchester.\n\
 nThis year\, we invite postgraduate researchers to enter our photography
  competition. We ask that they capture their research or an issue relate
 d to it in one photographic image. Blackwell’s vouchers will be awarded 
 to those in 1st (£150)\, 2nd (£100) and 3rd (£50) places. Shortlisted im
 ages will be displayed at the Fair.\n\nWhat to expect:\nMethods-rated pl
