DESCRIPTION:The MAP Summer School is a four day non-residential event for
  Y13 students who will be required to complete an academic assignment un
 der the guidance of an Academic tutor based at the University and comple
 te a group EBL project. The Manchester Access Programme (MAP) is a struc
 tured scheme for local post-16 students who meet specific academic and b
 ackground criteria. The aim of the programme is to support entry to The 
 University of Manchester\, or another research-intensive university\, th
 rough the completion of a portfolio of work which demonstrates specific
