DESCRIPTION:Mark Cragg\, Professor in Experimental Cancer Biology\, Unive
 rsity of Southhampton\, is interested in all aspects of how therapeutics
  result in tumour regression and is focused onthree main types - antibod
 ies\, chemotherapy and kinase inhibitors with the aim of understanding h
 ow these therapeutics function to delete tumour cells and how they might
  be augmented.  In particular\, he is interested in how monocolonal anti
 bodies interact with Fc gamma receptors to achieve their therapeutic act
 ivities.  Over the last decade\, he has investigated many different ther
 apeutic reagents such as rituximab\, bexxar\, imatinib\, gefitinib\, cet
 uximab and tarceva and has been involved in the development of next gene
 ration reagents such as ofatumumab and obinutuzumab.
