 (PSA) as part of their 2021 annual conference.\n\nThe Coronavirus pandem
 ic and Black Lives Matter protests have thrown issues of racial and clas
 s inequality into sharp relief. Join Gary Younge and Zubaida Haque for a
  conversation on the impacts of COVID and the Black Lives Matter movemen
 t for ethnic minorities in Britain.\n\nProfessor Gary Younge is an award
 -winning journalist and academic who has written and broadcast widely in
  the area of race\, identity\, inequality and youth violence both in Bri
 tain and America. Formerly editor-at-large for the Guardian\, where he w
 as a columnist and the US correspondent for 12 years\, he is currently P
 rofessor in Sociology at the University of Manchester.\n\nDr Zubaida Haq
 ue was former Deputy Director of the Runnymede Trust and is a Commission
 er on the Women’s Budget Group Commission on a Gender-Equal Economy and 
 a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She has a strong research and pol
 icy background on ethnicity and inequality within education\, employment
 \, housing\, health\, poverty\, and criminal justice.\n\nRegistration\nT
