MBS’s Ann Mahon, Programme Director for the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme (part of the NHS Leadership Academy), will be leading a seminar about the trials, tribulations and ultimate success of developing and delivering this programme. She’ll be talking about the history of the project and how it was designed with our consortium partners KPMG, the University of Birmingham and external VLE provider, Leo Learning. She’ll also talk through the design principles and the programme structure and content, focusing on how we built a highly individualised development programme that is also an academically sound Masters level programme delivered to thousands but feeling like a small cohort programme.
