 oting collaboration with a variety of relevant stakeholders is proposed

 on. Emerging practices of leading universities across the globe illustra
 te the important aspects of stakeholder collaboration\, which include th
 e creation of future visions based on science\, setting of concrete targ
 ets\, active participation and engagement of various stakeholders\, deve
 lopment of new technologies and systems through social experimentation\,
