 nAbout the date: 11 March is the first Wednesday after International Wom
 en’s Day. All involved in organising the event have invested funds and m
 any hours of unpaid time since October 2019. While we support the UCU st
 rike action\, we will not be cancelling or postponing the event. It is b
 eing held after university working hours and we are participating as act
 ivists and volunteers.\n\nFor health and safety regulations\, children u
 nder the age of 16 will need to be supervised continuously during the ev
 ent by a guardian/parent and must fill in a risk assessment form at leas
