Title: A Mechanism That Makes a Difference
Abstract: Complementary notions of causation (interventional and mechanistic) cooperate within our proposed Bayesian approach to Mendelian Randomization.
We illustrate the method with the aid of a study into the joint causal role of NKFB1 expression levels in different brain areas in development of multiple sclerosis.
