DESCRIPTION:Each MAP student will have a UCAS Guidance Interview in Septe
 mber. This is a 20 minute informal chat with a member of staff at the Un
 iversity of Manchester. \n\nThe Guidance interview is an opportunity for
  you to discuss your course choice options with a member of staff at the
  University and to receive advice and guidance on your course options an
 d progressing to University.\n\nThe Manchester Access Programme (MAP) is
  a structured scheme for local post-16 students who meet specific academ
 ic and background criteria. The aim of the programme is to support entry
  to The University of Manchester\, or another research-intensive univers
 ity\, through the completion of a portfolio of work which demonstrates s
