In the third seminar of the seminar series we are looking at sexual violence and power in university settings. Our speakers this time are:
• Dr Anna Bull, 1752 Group/University of Portsmouth >> Staff Sexual Misconduct in Higher Education: an issue of Power
• Chryssa Sdrolia, 1752 Group/Goldsmiths, University of London >> The Semiotics of Policy: The Power of an Impotent Narrative
Both speakers are associated with the 1752 Group, which is a UK-based research and lobby group working to end staff-to-student sexual misconduct in higher education.
The seminars are being supported by North West Doctoral Training Centre and ArtsMethods@Manchester, and are open to all and free to attend.
