 rd.\n\nThis year’s competition celebrated the University's position lead
 ing the world on sustainable development. Mags Bradbury\, The University
  of Manchester’s Head of Social Responsibility and Civic Engagement and 
 a member of the judging panel for this year’s Bright Ideas competition\,
  will highlight the importance of student initiatives in this area.\n\nT
 en students from the University of Manchester will win £200 cash to take
  their bright idea to the next stage.
