DESCRIPTION:Rick Parker\, chairman of Bolton Conservation Volunteers is b
 ack at the Museum to enlighten us about amphibians\, their needs and req
 uirements and how you can develop an attractive pondlife environment for
  these animals.  Rick will show three native newts and their eggs \,incl
 uding the rare and elusive Great Crested Newt. Although protected under 
 U.K. and European legislation Great Crested Newt numbers continue to plu
 mmet.  Find out how Urban Naturalists can help to save this protected sp
 ecies and get some practical experience on identifying these animals and
