About the event:
Salford R&D is hosting an exciting Research Seminar to promote and enhance collaborative research.
It will bring together clinicians, scientists, researchers and healthcare professionals with a variety of interests and expertise and will be a gateway for establishing new research initiatives to investigate and improve the health of the Salford population.

Complex wounds such as leg and foot ulcers and pressure ulcers are common, costly and the care of people with such wounds forms a major component of nusing work; particularly in the community:
This session will cover:
- Evolution of the evidence base in wound management
- The quality of research in wound care
- New techniques for prioritising wound research
- Q&A session with an opportunity for discussion.
