 \nHow have communities across Greater Manchester responded to the COVID-
 19 pandemic? What new ways of working together and caring for each other
  have developed as a result? \n\nIn this online conversation\, we will s
 hare our stories of how communities adapted to the challenges of lockdow
 ns and COVID-19 restrictions\, reflecting on:\n\n•	How our communities i
 nnovated\, particularly in the gaps created by lack of policy direction\
 , to take care of each other\;\n\n•	The upcoming challenges and opportun
 ities for addressing inequalities that have been amplified during COVID-
 19 such as those associated with physical and mental health\, vaccinatio
 n and prevention policies\, education and employment impacts\, and the l
 ifting of restrictions\;\n\n•	The lessons that the leaders of our politi
 cal and healthcare systems can learn from the successes and the challeng
 es of community responses\, such as making the most of community assets 
 and resilience for building back in the wake of the pandemic\n\n\nThis Z
 oom event will feature a panel of guest speakers with first-hand experie
 nce of community responses to COVID-19 in Greater Manchester\, and the l
 essons that we can all learn.  It will be followed by a Q&A session in w
 hich personal reflections and cross-cutting connections from the audienc
 e on this topic are particularly encouraged. \n\nIf you would like to at

  \n\n\nContinuing the conversation\n\nWe seek to build bridges and commu
 nication between community groups\, researchers\, policymakers\, and pub
 lic\, through an online discussion event and digital content collection.

 ether they would like to make a short submission to this digital collect
 ion\, and we will keep in touch as the collection develops.\n\nIf you pr
