DESCRIPTION:Due to unforeseen circumstances\, there has been a change of 
 programme for the Walter Carroll Lunchtime Concert on Thursday 9 May. We
  regret that Antonia Sotgiu will no longer be performing\, as was previo
 usly advertised. Instead\, we are excited to feature acclaimed pianist\,
  Artur Pereira!\n\n\nConcert pianist Artur Pereira performs Luiz Costa’s
  Rural Scenes Op. 6 (UK première) and Mozart’s Sonata K. 331 based on a 
 recently-discovered autograph in Budapest.\n\n‘Utterly compelling accoun
 ts by a true performer\, who makes one listen with new ears to music of 
 great familiarity.’ MUSICAL Opinion\n\n‘Pereira is a master colourist an
 d temperamentally attuned to [Luiz Costa’s] bucolic tone poems.’ Gramoph

 Lunchtime Concert Series\, which is supported by the Ida Carroll Trust.
