Dance is a great way of building stamina, increasing joint flexibility and having fun, whatever your experience and ability.
Join dance practitioner Hazel Roy for our Age Friendly online dance sessions, inspired by nature and Manchester Museum’s collections.
You don’t need to be an expert to take part, and leopard print leotards are strictly optional.
